Creating Minecraft Add-Ons

Since Microsoft has acquired Mojang, they have been pushing Minecraft development forward on all fronts. The Pocket Edition has become compatible with the Windows 10 Edition and has seen significant upgrades. The first major customization being offered is "Add-ons." If you are the type of person that likes to stay ahead of the trends, now is the time to learn how to get the most from the future of Minecraft. The java edition of Minecraft will fade into a niche market while the new Minecraft unites Console, Pocket and PC editions of Minecraft into the new platform. Add-ons is the first taste of customization. Instead of Mods, you will being to see "Plug-ins" and with a model that is implemented correctly, the ecosystem of developers and consumers will thrive, making Minecraft even greater than it is today. Students should bring their own laptop if they have one. You should also have Minecraft Windows 10 or Minecraft Pocket Edition to test out your creations.
